  • Multiple No-Shows: Repeated no-shows may result in a requirement for prepayment for future appointments

Late Arrivals

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for your appointment, we may need to reschedule to avoid delays for other patients. You may be subject to our cancellation policy.

5. Payment Terms

Payment Due at Time of Service

Payment is expected at the time services are rendered unless prior arrangements have been made. We accept:

Insurance

If you have insurance coverage:

  • We will verify your benefits as a courtesy, but verification is not a guarantee of payment

Outstanding Balances

Outstanding balances not paid within 30 days may:
