Have you ever known anyone to struggle with weight issues? Why is it so difficult? Is there an answer that is not a gimmick? What does this have to do with chiropractic? One of the biggest mistakes many people make, is relying upon the scale. Exercise builds calorie-burning muscle, and muscle weighs more than fat. The scale reading may be higher, but a pound of muscle takes up less room than a pound of fat, which means you can wear a size smaller.
Weight loss is simply math. One pound of fat is 3,500 calories; to lose it, one must create a 3,500 calorie deficit meaning less foods and more exercise.
